We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Information Security Risk Management team. This role will focus on leading critical technology integration projects in partnership with our Mergers and Acquisitions Technology Integration Services Team, supporting cross-functional initiatives with long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with milestones, dependencies, and integration strategies.
- Break down tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress while proactively addressing impediments.
- Oversee all project phases, including infrastructure setup, third-party application deployment, testing, and final user deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Manage project budgets, monitor spend and burn rates, and prepare detailed progress reports for leadership.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with established methodologies and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Certifications: PMP, CPM, or equivalent.
- Experience with AWS and other cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of multiple technologies and their equivalents, with the ability to bridge gaps between systems.
- Exceptional team collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Proven ability to interact and present effectively to diverse teams, including project managers and leaders across varying priorities and budgets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
